Information

Originals

Each original artwork is named and signed on the back, and sealed with a protective varnish to ensure its longevity.

Every original piece is accompanied by a handwritten note from me — a quiet continuation of the dialogue between the work and its collector.

Please note that I do not accept commissioned work.

Shipping & Handling

All original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped by me personally.

Each piece is protected with generous padding and placed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transport.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3 days of purchase.

All shipments are sent via a tracked service, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your artwork has been dispatched.

Shipping Origin & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. Please check your local import regulations prior to purchase.

Returns & Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery attempt fails and the artwork is returned to me by the carrier, you may choose between:

  • a refund (excluding original shipping costs), or
  • a reshipment (additional shipping fees will apply).

Damage in Transit

Every precaution is taken to protect your artwork.

Although damage during transit is extremely rare, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.

I will always do my best to find a fair and respectful solution.

Each piece is created slowly, with intention, and meant to carry meaning beyond the surface.
Thank you for supporting independent, conscious art.

Prints

Each print is produced using giclée fine art printing, chosen for its exceptional precision, depth, and archival quality.

All prints are made on 310gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper, a richly textured, museum-grade paper that gives each piece a tactile, handcrafted presence.

Each print is signed on the back, by hand, as a discreet mark of authenticity.

Shipping & Production

All prints are produced on demand and fulfilled by a trusted professional fine-art print studio.

Prints between 10–42 cm are shipped flat, protected between rigid boards.

Larger formats are carefully rolled and shipped in reinforced tubes.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and dispatch. Most orders ship sooner, but this timeframe allows for careful handling and quality control.

All orders are sent tracked and insured.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • U.S/Canada: 7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 5–15 business days after dispatch

Shipping times do not include possible customs delays or postal disruptions beyond my control.

Customs & Import Fees

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Orders cannot be modified once placed, including changes to address or artwork selection.

If you are paying via Apple Pay or PayPal, please double-check that the automatically filled address is correct.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived, please contact me within 3 months of the order date. After this period, I may no longer be able to assist.
