PLEASE READ DISPATCH + SHIPPING TIMES BELOW BEFORE ORDERING -- Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched (orders will usually be dispatched earlier than this but this allows for busier periods). All orders are sent via tracked and insured services. You will receive an email with a tracking reference once your order is shipped.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country's customs office. Customs processing times vary by country and are outside my control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. I cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, I am unable to refund or replace the order.
Every care is taken to package each piece with plenty of bubble wrap in sturdy boxes, in the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged, this must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with photos of both the packaging and the artwork.
